Maternal Guilt: Why I feel so bad?

March 23 @ 10:00 - 12:00

Maternal Guilt, why I feel bad?

Introducing “Embracing Motherhood: Overcoming Guilt“, a transformative workshop designed to address the pervasive issue of maternal guilt. Led by Verónica Martínez, a renowned psychologist specializing in perinatal mental health, this event combines insightful talks, engaging debates, and a nurturing environment for mothers seeking understanding and strategies to combat guilt. Discover ways to manage expectations, the influence of social media, and navigate the complex emotions of motherhood.

Why is this important to me?

This workshop addresses a crucial yet often overlooked aspect of motherhood: guilt. By attending this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Gain insights into managing maternal guilt
  • Understand its origins, and learn practical strategies for overcoming it.
  • Take part in an open debate around the topic. The event is an extraordinary opportunity to connect with other mothers facing similar challenges, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.

Organized by Aine Family Nest, this workshop features Verónica Martínez as both speaker and moderator. Her dual expertise as a counsellor and a mother provides a unique perspective, making this event especially beneficial for mothers grappling with guilt. Whether you’re new to motherhood or navigating its later stages, this workshop offers valuable insights and a community of support.
